Candidate notes, archive reasons, and tags
Three features that make candidate management more collaborative and structured. Small individually, transformative together.
What shipped
Candidate notes - Leave timestamped notes on any candidate. Visible to your team, searchable, and attached to the candidate record. Interview feedback, recruiter observations, and internal context all live in one place.
Archive reasons - When you move a candidate to the archive stage, you can (optionally, or required - your choice) select a reason: not qualified, withdrew, position filled, or custom reasons you define. Turns your archive from a black hole into structured data.
Tags - Create organization-wide tags and apply them to candidates. Tags work across positions, so you can surface candidates in the talent pool by skill, seniority, or any label your team defines.
Position analytics - Extended analytics on position detail pages with richer pipeline data.
Range slider custom property - Numeric custom properties now support a range slider input for a better data entry experience.
Archive reasons feed into your analytics: over time, you build a picture of why candidates don't make it through your pipeline, which stages have the highest drop-off, and whether certain positions attract mismatched applicants.
