• Outbound email - Send emails to candidates from within the app. Messages go through Postmark with your organization's sender name and domain.

• Inbound email - Candidate replies arrive via webhook and land on the candidate timeline. No more digging through your inbox to find that response.

• Message templates - Create reusable templates for common messages: interview invitations, rejections, offer letters. Templates support merge fields that auto-fill with candidate and position data.

• Email settings - Configure sender name format, sender prefix, and default email behavior per organization.

• Position emails tab - See all email activity for a position in one place.

The email system uses Postmark for delivery and webhook-based inbound processing. Reply tokens link incoming messages back to the right candidate conversation, so threads stay intact even when candidates reply from their own email clients.
