An ATS you can't share with your team is a spreadsheet with extra steps. Team invites fix that.

What shipped

• Email invitations - Invite team members by email with role-based access. Each invite generates a unique token that links the new member to your organization.

• Onboarding flow - New members land on a guided onboarding page that walks them through setting up their profile and getting oriented in the app.

• Position-level teams - Assign specific team members to positions. Interviewers, hiring managers, and recruiters each see the positions relevant to them.

• Invite emails - Styled invitation emails that look like they came from a real product, not a transactional notification.

Role-based access happens at two levels: organization (owner, admin, member) and position (hiring manager, interviewer, recruiter). This keeps sensitive data like salary ranges visible only to the people who need it.
