Custom domain

Point your own domain at your Bringboard careers page.

Replace your-slug.careers.bringboard.com with your own domain like careers.acme.com.

Setup steps

  1. Go to Settings → Career portal and scroll to the Custom domain section
  2. Enter your domain (e.g. careers.acme.com)
  3. Add a CNAME record at your DNS provider pointing to cname.vercel-dns.com
  4. Click Verify in Bringboard

What happens after verification

  • SSL is provisioned automatically (no manual certificate needed)
  • Your careers page is served from your custom domain
  • The old subdomain (your-slug.careers.bringboard.com) redirects to the custom domain with a 308 permanent redirect
  • Direct position links and scheduling links use the custom domain

DNS propagation

CNAME changes can take up to 48 hours to propagate, but most DNS providers update within minutes. If verification fails, check that the CNAME record is correct and try again after a few minutes.

Removing a custom domain in settings reverts your careers page to the default subdomain. Existing links to the custom domain will stop working.
