Overview
What the dashboard shows and how to read it.
The dashboard is the first screen you see after signing in. It gives you a snapshot of your hiring activity across all positions.
Stat cards
Four summary cards across the top show your key hiring metrics:

|---|---|
| Open positions | Total positions with Open status. Links to the positions list. |
| In pipeline | Candidates in non-terminal stages across all positions. |
| Hired this month | Candidates moved to the Hired stage this calendar month, with a comparison to the previous month. |
| Avg. days to hire | Average number of days from application to hire across completed hires. |
The "Hired this month" card includes a trend indicator showing whether you're hiring faster or slower than last month.
Application activity
A sparkline chart shows application volume over time. Toggle between 7-day and 30-day views to spot trends. The card displays the total applications for the selected period alongside a trend badge comparing to the previous period.
Open positions
Below the stats, a list of your open positions shows:
- Position title, department, and location
- Days since the position was opened
- Total candidates in the pipeline
- A compact pipeline bar showing candidate distribution across stages, color-coded by stage
Click a position to go directly to its inbox. The "Create position" button is available at the bottom of the list.
