Custom views
Save and share filtered views of your candidate data.
Custom views let you save a combination of filters and column settings as a named view you can switch between.
Saved views are on the roadmap. Today, filters reset when you leave the page. Column settings persist automatically through the three-tier configuration described in the Filtering and columns page.
What's available today
- Column visibility, order, and pinning persist across sessions (stored in your browser for personal overrides, or in the database for org defaults)
- The search query persists while you stay on the page
- Filters are client-side state and reset on navigation
What's coming
- Named saved views with filters, columns, and sort order
- Shared views visible to all team members
- View tabs at the top of the talent pool for quick switching
