Overview
An org-wide view of every candidate, across all positions.
The talent pool is available at Candidates in the sidebar. It shows every candidate in your org in a single table, regardless of which position they applied to or which stage they're in.
When to use the talent pool
- Search for a candidate by name or email across all positions
- Filter candidates by custom field values (skills, location, visa status)
- See which candidates have applied to multiple positions
- Get an org-wide picture of your candidate database
Table layout
The table displays one row per candidate. Built-in columns include name, email, source, number of applications, latest position, aggregate status, and created date. Custom field columns (phone, location, LinkedIn, etc.) can be toggled on and off.
Expandable rows
When a candidate has applied to more than one position, a chevron toggle expands their row to show a sub-table of all applications with position name, stage, status, applied date, and application-level field values.
Side panel
Click a row to open a sheet panel with the full candidate profile: contact info, candidate-level field values, and a list of all applications. The panel does not navigate away from the table.
