Source analytics
Track where your applications come from and measure campaign performance.
Every position has an Analytics tab showing where applications come from and how your sourcing channels perform over time.
Source mix
The position overview page includes a source mix card with a stacked bar showing the percentage breakdown of applications by source (Careers page, LinkedIn, Referral, Job board, and others). Hover over a segment to see the count and percentage.
A legend below the bar labels each source with a colored dot. When UTM campaign data is available, the card highlights the top-performing campaign.
Source distribution
The Analytics tab opens with a horizontal bar chart showing application counts by source. This gives you an absolute view of where volume is coming from.
Source trends
A stacked area chart shows how source volume changes over time. Toggle between 7-day, 30-day, and 90-day windows to spot trends and seasonal patterns.
Campaign performance
When applications arrive with UTM parameters, they appear in the campaign performance table. Each row shows:
- Campaign name, source, and medium
- Total applications from the campaign
- First and last application dates
Sort by any column to find your highest-performing campaigns. Use this data to decide where to invest your sourcing budget.
Referrer tracking
Bringboard captures referrer data automatically when candidates arrive at your careers page:
- Referrer URL - the page that linked to your careers listing
- Landing page - which careers page or position the candidate first visited
- UTM parameters - campaign, source, medium, content, and term
This data appears on individual candidate profiles under application properties, and rolls up into the position-level analytics views.
