Managing interviews

View, reschedule, and cancel interviews.

Booked interviews are visible in two places: the position's Interviews tab and the candidate's activity timeline.

Position-level interview list

Open a position and click the Interviews tab to see all interviews. The list is split into Upcoming and Past sections, with each row showing:

  • Candidate name
  • Meeting type
  • Interviewer
  • Date and time
  • Status badge (scheduled, completed, cancelled, no show)
  • Google Meet link (for scheduled interviews)

Filter by status using the dropdown at the top.

Rescheduling

Candidates can reschedule from the confirmation email or the manage link included in the calendar event. Rescheduling opens the same slot picker with fresh availability. The Google Calendar event is updated automatically.

Cancellation

Candidates can cancel from the manage link. Cancellation deletes the Google Calendar event, updates the interview status, and writes an event to the activity timeline. An optional reason field captures why the interview was cancelled.

Interview statuses
