Define reusable interview templates with duration and lookahead settings.
Meeting types are reusable interview templates that define the format and duration of an interview.
Creating a meeting type
Go to Settings → Scheduling and click Add type. Configure:
- Name - e.g. "Phone Screen", "Technical Interview", "Culture Chat"
- Duration - 15, 30, 45, 60, or 90 minutes
- Lookahead - how far in advance candidates can book (1, 2, 3, or 4 weeks)
- Description - optional context shown to candidates on the booking page
Org-wide vs position-specific
Meeting types created in Settings are org-wide and available for all positions. You can also create position-specific types from a position's interview settings. Position-specific types override org-wide types with the same name.
